Prices

All prices are based on an average and are subject to change based on simplicity/complexity of the project.

Terms of Service

-DISCLAIMER-^{By commissioning us, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the TOS, and that you are of 18 years old or above.}
.-PROCEDURE-After reading the TOS and agreeing to the rules and prices, the client will fill out the application form and provide any details they want for their commission. Please be as detailed as possible. Providing any references, colors, current lore, themes, etc., is extremely encouraged.
Music will not be provided by Cascade Creations.

-Propose estimated price and pitch to the client
-client will then sign a document agreeing to TOS, NDA, commission procedure/process, payment, etc.
-Client provides any references needed
-Lore writing check (if applicable) [separate fee]
Storyboard Check [non-refundable down payment 10%]
-Pitch final price (previous down payment subtracted from this cost)
-Sketch Check [50% payment due]
-Art will be sent to the client for checking after completion
-Animate in After Effects & Frame-by-frame Animations [remaining payment due]
-Final edits / send file to client}}
.-PAYMENT PROCESS-We currently only accept payments through Paypal.
All payments will only be accepted in USD.A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to reserve your commission slot. Further payment will not be accepted until we begin work on the full commission. Upon starting work on the commission, the payment for the remaining 90% of the commission cost will be required._{Payment plans are available if needed, so please tell us in advance. Refunds are pro-rated based on progress until the line art stage is complete, after which refunds will not be provided. If you wish to get a refund please contact us.}
.-REFUND AND CANCELLATION-If we haven’t started working on the client’s commission yet, the total amount can be fully refunded back to the client (not including the reservation fee of 10%).
Once we begin on the commission, however, the full amount cannot be refunded. No refunds are allowed after the lineart phase.
^{If you cancel or refund your commission, your commission slot will be lost, and you will have to re-submit the request form in order to join the waitlist again.}
.-CHARGEBACKS-If your Paypal is having issues and denies the payment or refunds the payment without you knowing, please contact us ASAP to resolve the issue.
However, if you issue a chargeback without prior notice, you will be added to our blacklist. You MUST contact us for any sort of refund.
.-CHANGES/ADJUSTMENTS-Once the commission is completed, we can only do small adjustments and changes. This includes things like color adjustments, design details, or things we may have forgotten or overlooked by accident.
We will be regularly in contact with the client during the process so we can make sure the commission is as accurate to what the client wants as possible, so it is the client's responsibility to make sure all details are correct during this phase. Big changes will not be allowed after the commission is finished.
.-RIGHTS, USAGE, AND CREDITS-As the art team, we retain original copyright and ownership of our work. This includes but isn’t limited to, redistribution, reproducing, advertising, or displaying the work on our social media platforms, unless otherwise discussed with the client (NDA). Clients must not claim our work as their own, and must credit us as the artist using our socials.We will not claim the intellectual property and reuse or resell the client’s commission for any personal or commercial projects.
You may request a NDA/confidential commission before the project begins. This may be subject to an additional fee.We reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason without question. Any our rejected assets, sketches, or animations, made for a project may be used by us in future projects.

.-DEADLINE-The client may provide a deadline as long as it is a reasonable time frame. If the client needs the commission sooner than that, a rush fee will be added onto the original price.
.-DO NOT…-…change or edit the art/file without permission
…request another artist/animator to make changes to the commission
…trace over the art or use any assets from the commission for other projects
…claiming the art/commission as your own or giving credit to someone other than us
.-BUSINESS CLIENTS-For business clients, please contact us through our email/DMs to discuss the commission more in detail!
